An original vintage postcard from the same 1954 print run as the one James Baldwin wrote to his sister Paula Baldwin. It features a black-and-white image of the Ca’ d’Oro on the Grand Canal in Venice. This is not the exact postcard Baldwin wrote on, but is identical in design, medium, and time period.
