Order processing

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pre-orders, such as Postcard for the 61st Venice Biennale, are dispatched from the date shown on the product page.

Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

UK delivery is free on most orders. The “18 Rue de Tournon” and Postcard set, and the complimentary copy of Postcard for the 61st Venice Biennale, ship at £6.99. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Please allow up to 6–7 working days for delivery. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Lost or damaged items

1925 GLEN NORAH is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations before it is dispatched.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, or because the parcel could not be received, the cost of re-sending the order is covered by the customer.

Returns

Because of the nature of perfume, we can only accept returns of fragrances that are faulty.

Products must be returned unused and unopened: once the packaging box has been opened, we cannot accept a return.

How to return an item

Email info@glennorah.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, with photographs of the product. We will guide you through the rest.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a traceable service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to confirm. If it is approved, a refund is issued to your original method of payment.

Unaccepted returns

If a product is returned with its packaging opened, we will not accept the return and will send it back to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending it back.
