What are fragrance notes?

Fragrance notes are the individual scents that make up a perfume or cologne. They are typically divided into top, middle, and base notes.

How do top, middle, and base notes differ?

Top notes are the initial scents you smell when first applying a fragrance. They evaporate quickly and lead to the middle notes. Middle notes, also known as heart notes, form the core of the fragrance and last longer than top notes. Base notes are the underlying scents that linger the longest and provide depth to the fragrance.

How long do top notes typically last?

Top notes usually last for about 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the fragrance and individual skin chemistry.

Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our fragrances are carefully formulated to be suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend patch testing on your skin before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Are your fragrances regulated?

We source fragrance materials from IFRA-affiliated suppliers. Our raw fragrance materials meet EU regulations (EC) No 1272/2008, REACH, and (EC) N° 1223/2009 for safety and compliance.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.

Is the packaging REUSABLE?

All 5ML fragrances come in 1925 Glen Norah refillable travel spray cases. These can be used with any fragrance and can be continuously refilled.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and all other major debit and credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UK only at the moment. Very soon we will begin shipping to EU.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track your order directly with the carrier.

What is your returns policy?

We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods due to the nature of perfume.

Can I get samples of your fragrances?
