We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the UK. Express shipping is also available for customers who want their orders delivered faster. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location.
Delivery Times:
For standard shipping, please allow up to 6-7 business days for delivery. Express delivery times will depend on the chosen service and delivery location. Please note, these timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Delivery Zones:
We ship to the UK only at the moment. Very soon we will begin shipping to EU.
Customs and Import Duties:
For international deliveries, customs and import duties may be levied by your local customs authority once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Lost/Damaged Items:
1925 Glen Norah is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Changes to Order:
Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations before the order is dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful attempts to receive the package, the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the customer.

Returns
Eligibility for Return:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this current time unless a fragrance is deemed faulty.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please ensure that all items are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please fill out the PDF form and email it to in**@**********co.uk including images of the product within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will then guide you through the return process.
Return Restrictions:
Once the packaging box has been opened, we cannot accept the return. This is due to the nature of our products, which need to be returned in an unused and unopened condition. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If a product is returned with packaging opened, we will not accept the return and the product will be sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost to return the item to them.
